For the last 14 years, I’ve worked in Warehousing and Supply Chain around the world. From picking and packing, to becoming a Supply Chain Manager then moving into Operations Management for one of NZs largest racking companies.

I’ve worked in many industries including engineering, FMCG, manufacturing and consumer products including those with sensitive HSE or health regulations.
In those industries, I have worked in procurement and logistics including air and sea freight, importing and exporting. I have manufactured product, designed warehouse layouts, optimised ERP systems and run warehousing and distribution. What really gets me up in the morning is end-to-end project management of warehouse layout and optimisation – I have run small but impactful warehouse installations right through to a $2.5 million dollar fully automated warehouse for a well-known NZ FMCG brand.

I think I’ve covered most of what there is to know about these vital industries and what I’ve learnt is that there are many ways to get it right, and many areas to improve.
Seeing improvements through better design and warehouse layout is why I created Magnitude Concepts.
